We were engaged by our client, contractor GPF Lewis, to work on its own development of 40 apartments in South West London, arranged over five floors. The structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with a lightweight top level.

We designed and detailed the sub and superstructure, below-ground drainage, and reinforced concrete schedules and details.
