This four-storey new build development in Hampstead spanned a total floor area of 2,500m2, divided into eight apartments.

A basement car park and communal areas were formed using secant piled retaining walls, with a reinforced concrete frame to second-floor level and a steel frame roof with cut timber infill. The top floor slab edge was inset from the columns below, which we resolved by designing and detailing a crank to the full perimeter.
