This challenging project involved the conversion of a listed oak-framed barn into rental accommodation.

We worked closely with the Local Authority Conservation Officer to ensure our proposed repairs to the frame met with their approval, specified repairs to brick plinths and original flint walls, and designed and detailed new mezzanines to create further accommodation.
