Our client wanted to convert two existing agricultural barns into luxury homes. One was originally a clad steel frame, the other single storey masonry.

Planners required both to be retained, and we designed and detailed our new structure to fit around this while ensuring it met current regulations. The developer himself moved into one of the barns, while the other is rented to a Premier League footballer.
