The new owners brought us in to collaborate with architects Charlton Brown on a full refurbishment, including underpinning the lower ground floor to increase head height, removing internal walls, replacing floors and stairs, and enlarging the rear extensions. We specified remedial solutions to make the property safe for the client and their family.
